Here is how to write a Lifestyle Blog Post
Blog Post Title – make sure this has the keyword and is less than 75 characters
Keyword – Target Keyword (longtail)
Keyword Monthly Search Volume – find how many searches a month in KeySearch.
Keyword Difficulty Score – Could you rank for this? Don’t forget your DA from the ebook.
Intended Audience – who are you writing to?
- A lifestyle post encompasses so many types of posts. Since this is broad we want to include our voice and personality throughout!

Introduction
Lead into the post with a short 50-200 word introduction. Be sure to include:
- The reason why what you’re talking about is important.
- How does this apply to your intended audience?
Your long tail keyword researched from KeySearch.
A table of contents so that people have a breakdown of what you’re about to cover.

Heading 1: Keep it personal
Since this is a lifestyle post I suggest starting off with more personal details: a story, why you’re writing about this, or the impact it had on you.
Add in an image to help share more about your subject. It also helps to break up the text!
Heading 2: Tips And Tricks
Lifestyle posts cover a vast range of topics. Fashion, life, home decor, or your thoughts on a subject. If it’s a controversial subject, make sure to back it up with research and facts. Don’t forget to link back.
Sub heading 1: Advice
List out and define pieces of advice that will help the reader understand what is important or why you’re talking about this.
Sub heading 2: A Personal Story
Share a short paragraph about YOUR personal experience in this destination. This also helps to add voice to your post.
This is also a good place to share why your recommendations are key.
**Share images that help illustrate your opinion
Closing
Wrap up your lifestyle blog post with a great ending paragraph. Share in a paragraph or two your thoughts and feelings or why someone would be interested in your thoughts on the matter.
Link to other posts of yours that are related! INTERNAL LINKING is so important to help grow your blog!
Call-to-Action
Last but not least, place a call-to-action at the bottom of your blog post.
